UK Kiwa wants to upgrade their IP testing system in laboratory, they found us. We discussed about lab space, size of test samples, rain & dust testing, water resource, drainage system.

Based on this special IP water and dust ingress testing, we designed and produced IPx1-IPx2 Water Dripping Test Apparatus, IPx3-IPx4 Water Spray Test Apparatus, IPx5-IPx6 Water Pressure Test Apparatus, IPx7 IPx8 Water Immersion Test Apparatus and IP5x-IP6x Dust Ingress Test Apparatus.

This whole water ingress test apparatus without housing, this can test samples of any size. Dust test chamber DI-1000 provides sand dust reliability test according IEC60529 IP5x IP6x rate. This provided a good test solution for diversity of tests.

We use the same design and production in Korea’s safety laboratory.
